-
Fees and charges: certain withdrawal methods or jurisdictions may incur processing fees, currency conversion charges, or service fees. Such fees are disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.
KYC and AML Compliance
The Operator conducts risk-based identity verification and anti-money-laundering controls on a subject-by-subject basis. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. The Operator may request additional documentation at any time and reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if verification cannot be completed to a compliant standard. Verification may be conducted prior to deposits, prior to withdrawals, or at random intervals for ongoing risk assessment.
Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds
-
Fees: the Operator may levy processing, currency conversion, or method-specific fees. Any applicable fees are disclosed during the transaction flow and on the cashier page.
-
Chargebacks: if a chargeback is initiated by the cardholder, the Operator may block the account and reverse funds as permitted by law and the card network rules. The Operator may seek to recover charged amounts, processing fees, and any penalties from the account holder.
-
Refunds: refunds may be issued where funds were credited in error, or where contractual rights permit. Refunds are assessed by the Operator and processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding two (2) business days from receipt of the refund request. Refunds are returned to the same instrument or wallet used for the deposit, subject to network and issuer limitations.
-
Impact of chargebacks or refunds: unresolved chargebacks, reversals, or refunds may result in the balance being treated as restricted or inactive and may affect eligibility for further activity until the matter is resolved.
Security, Fraud Controls and Data Integrity
All payment activity is subject to the Operator's security protocols. You must ensure that payment details and personal data are accurate and up to date. The Operator may freeze or withhold funds and restrict access if suspicious activity is detected or if required by law or regulatory authority. The Operator may, at its discretion, require additional verification to protect the integrity of transactions and fund flows.
Disputes and Resolution
If you dispute a payment or withdrawal, you must promptly submit a written inquiry to the Operator’s customer support detailing the transaction identifiers, dates, amounts, and the nature of the dispute. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically no more than ten (10) business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may seek escalation to the Operator’s compliance department or relevant regulatory body as applicable by jurisdiction.
Responsible Gaming and Legal Compliance
Underage gambling is prohibited. You must be of legal age to participate in gambling activities. The Operator provides responsible gaming measures including self-exclusion, deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and access to support resources. If you or someone you know may be at risk, use the available safety tools and contact support for assistance.
